What kinds of damage we buy

How to get a fair offer on a damaged car

The single most important thing you can do is be transparent. Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles, describe what you know about the car's history, and don't try to hide anything. The more accurately you describe the car upfront, the more accurate our offer will be — and the less chance there is of any adjustment at pickup.

What about salvage titles?

A salvage title means the car was once damaged badly enough that an insurance company declared it a total loss. It doesn't mean the car is worthless — it just means the offer will typically run lower than a clean-title equivalent (usually around 50%). We still buy them, and we'll be upfront about why the number is what it is.
